The course on satellite and ground observation and modelling of atmospheric dust will be held at the Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman, 8-12 December 2013, with a total duration of 25 hours. Applicants from countries with GDP per capita below 15,000 US$ (according to the World Bank list) are eligible for financial support covering travel, board and accomodation.
